Return Policy for Online E-commerce Purchases

There is No Return or Refund policy as such for our products as they are perishable and has an expiry date. If you are unsatisfied with the taste of the product then you can leave a comment but there is no return or refund policy. Also there is no policy on Canceling the orders ordered.

Returns & Refunds are accepted only in those conditions where there is a damage during transit of the product or if we send faulty or defective product or mismatch in the order then only we accept returns and we full refund of the original purchase price, credited back to the credit card or bank that was used to purchase the item(s). Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to deny returns of orders placed longer than 2 days from the shipped date.

Please contact us via email or support form for return address and refund with your Order No. Order shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays return shipping charges.
